The eruption of the first teeth marks the beginning of caring for a child’s oral health, which is closely connected to overall health and development. Even at this early stage, it is recommended to gently clean the teeth and gums to establish healthy oral hygiene habits.

The first dental visit is recommended around the age of 2.5 years, in a relaxed and playful atmosphere, so the child can gradually become familiar with the dental office and develop a sense of safety and trust. In a holistic approach, we also place great emphasis on educating parents—how to properly assist their child with daily oral hygiene, as well as how nutrition, habits, and lifestyle affect the health of teeth and the entire body.

Regular monitoring of the growth and development of teeth allows for timely protection of permanent teeth from decay, early detection of possible jaw development irregularities, and timely referral to an orthodontist. The trust a child builds at an early age creates a strong foundation for long-term dental care and a positive attitude toward their overall health throughout life.
